Yummy French Dip Sandwiches and Au Jus!

I don't claim to be a master chef, but there are a few yummy recipes that Josh and I have finally learned how to master. One being: French Dip Sandwiches! We bought a 3 lb. roast and lathered it all up with the spices and garlic and roasted it in the oven for a few hours, and the result was delicious!

Chef Josh checking the temperature of the meat.
The Finished Roast. (Those ugly looking burned things are onions haha)
Mmmmm Seasoned Fries, Or "frites!!" for JLC :)
Ready to make some sandwiches!
Josh enjoying the hearty meal :)

The great part about making a 3 lb roast is that we have the perfect amount of leftover meat to make BBQ beef sandwiches the next night, yumm!

I'm so happy it's Friday, my brain hurts from all of the job searching. I feel like I'm a detective scouring every corner of the Earth for jobs. This weekend Josh and I are planning on taking it easy after having a few busy weekends the last few weeks, so that should be nice!

Hope you all have a great weekend and a Happy Friday night!
