Save The Drama For Yo' Mama!

I wish this girl could come to work and slap the drama queen I work with upside the head. I'm sure every workplace has it's own diva, and as of lately, our diva is pissing me off.

You know what I'm talking about:
-The one who thinks they are entitled to something because they have been there longer than you - even if their skills aren't that great.
-The one who makes sure you know when you mess up.
-The one who CONSTANTLY has something wrong in their life and wants you to feel sorry for them, whether it be money, relationships, sickness, ect.
-The one who wears far too much makeup, but thinks its okay because she was a makeup artist before (or so she says).
-The manipulator.
-The shit talker.
-The Moody One.
-The perpetual liar.
-The one who makes the workplace seem like freshman year of high school all over again.

Well in the store I work with, one girl happens to have ALL of these traits, and her latest target happens to be me. Little does she know I am ready to bring it.

So save the drama fo' yo' Mama, cause you don't even know what kind of craziness I am ready to throw down. I mean really, all we do for a living is sell handbags, can you just check your baggage at the door??

-Katie

oh and p.s. there is a reason they hired me from outside rather than promoted you from within for the management position, soooooo get over yourself because obviously you aren't that amazing after all nor do you have any leadership skills whatsoever.

Well snap in a z formation! You go girl :) I agree that it seems every workplace has one. You obviously have what it takes and she is probably jealous and doesn't know what else to do other than start trouble. Good for you for standing up for yourself!

i was just telling my bestie tonight at dinner how that "one" lady at my work today was driving me crazy!! how everyone knows all her business but she knows nothing about any of us. some people just don't get that not everyone wants to hear all about you, all the time...ugh! i can't stand those people but they exist everywhere!! no escaping them ;)

Whoa Girl...Drama Chic better watch herself. Katie mad.

You should start running at her the next time you work together and tackle her.

hahaha! I do NOT know where you get it from, Katie. Kick her flappy bottom to the curb and then toss her Coach bag at her head. And after that, tell her that her make up is smudged and she is being called back to the make up counter at Target, so she better get movin. I love you, Pooh, just keep doing what you are, the high road will prevail.
Love,
Mom

I hate people like that. There is one were I work too. Anymore, I just ignore her.

But I bet if you set her straight one time, she will leave you alone.
