We live close to a high school in a very cute town home development. I like it a lot, it is really safe and cute! But as of lately we have been having an issue with teenage boys coming in our Circle and smoking pot. I assume they think because they are tucked back into our town home circle that they are safe from being caught, but sorry buckaroos, pot smells pretty strong and this nose is not a fan of the stench!
So yesterday I was getting ready to go to the gym and I could smell the smell of skunk, GROSS! I looked out of our bedroom window and of course- there they were, the 3 delinquents smoking pot out side of our house.
So I did what any good citizen would do - called the cops! haha

The police of course didn't show up in time so the delinquents were finished smoking and started to walk out of our circle towards the park behind our house. So I called the dispatcher back and let her know.
I was Sad. I was disappointed. I saw the potential for a great picture blog coming - but it never did!
So I went on my way to the gym, did my thing and when I was driving home I noticed a cop car driving the opposite direction. I took a quick glance and I saw the kid in the white sweatshirt in the back seat! Then three cars later was another cop car, with the kid in the black and orange sitting in the back seat. This time I got a good look at him, he looked scared shitless!!!
That's right punks! Don't smoke weed, and do NOT smoke weed in front of my house! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Your poor parents probably have no idea what kind of mischief you are getting in to - but now they will!
I know it was mean of me to tattle, but if I was their parent and I had no clue that my child was going around smoking pot with a band of hooligans I would HOPE that someone would be responsible enough to turn them in so I could put a stop to the nonsense. Although I would like to think that I will be involved enough in my child's life to prevent something like this - but you never know.
So moral of the story: don't smoke pot in front of my house because I hate the smell, I am a rule follower, and I WILL call the cops on you. I hope you had fun explaining this one to your parents you little a-holes!!!
muahahahaha!
Happy Hump Day!

Great one! ;)
Then again, I'd rather smell pot than a dead skunk...trust me, it's worse. ;) Haha. Had it happend while I lived in the Bay Area once a month and it was bad!!! Real bad! :( But yeah, hate the smell of pot and yes, no smoking pot and especially not in front of your house (or mine!!!)...sadly I can't call the cops on such things over here. They'd be like "huh? why are you calling?! pot? are you in danger, because if you're not then have a good day lady!" :(
Good thing you didn't get high! :)
Have a fun day girl.
xoxo
oh my gosh, that is too funny that you called the cops on them!
have a great day hun! :)
Bad Boys, Bad Boys, Whacha Gonna Do, Whacha Gonna Do When They Come For Youuuuuuu! Too funny!
you go, girl!
OMG great story! look at you go! and how CRAZY that you got to see them in the back of hte cop car! talk about good timing!
Katie Louise! Didn't your mama ever tell you not to be a tattle tail. Just kidding! :)
I wish you would have got the whole thing in pictures. That would have been awesome!
Haha, I love this one! Good for you for telling on them! But I wish you could've gotten pictures, too!
Good for you! Would have loved to see that entire post if it were caught on camera!
Good thing you called the cops or you would have had a bunch of trash in front of your house from all of their munchies. ;)
Good job! I thought this was going to be about smoking cigarettes which is also stinky and we have had to deal with. A lot easier solution when it is high school kids doing illegal drugs!
Oh my gosh I am dying at this!! I totally would have done the same thing!! Seriously find a new place to do your illegal activities!!
So glad you got it taken care of - I'm sure their parents are so upset!!
So, you've made me feel a lot better because we've called the cops on the people who lived across the street from us a time or two for what they were doing and I felt bad for it. Actually, they moved out recently and I have to wonder if it was our fault!
ahhhahahaha, nice job
LMAO! That is so funny that you snapped a pic of them and posted it on your blog!!! LOL. Ps - thanks SO much for the award!!! I'll post it up this week. Have a great weekend =)
Lol....that is great, go Katie!!
Haha! You crack me up! I would have done the same thing! They learned their lesson now.
