The Romper: Love it or Hate it?

After a recent trip to Target which is always dangerous, I have been left with a question: To Romper or Not to Romper? For a very reasonable $19 any of the following rompers could be mine from the heaven on Earth known as Target, but I have a few concerns...

When I sit will it give me a big wedgie?
What type of bra can I wear with one of these? Because I hate strapless.
Will I look even MORE like a 12 year old?
And lastly, how flattering can these really be on? I mean it is just a sack with a cinched waist...
Thoughts and Comments much appreciated! :)

Personally, I think rompers should be left to the babies and toddlers... I don't think anyone over the age of 2 should wear them... But that's just me... Haha

I agree with Justine. Definitely not for me.

Yea... I gotta agree. I think they're best for kids and young teens. Stick to the cute summery dresses-- which I saw Target has a TON of! :)

Oh honey, I am ALL IN when it comes to the rompers. I think they are so cute and fun, just have to make sure the fit is right. What a nice change for summer! Not all the time of course, but hey, especially for $20 - I say GO FOR IT! :) XOXO

Rompers give you wedgies if they don't fit right and from the back they make your butt look funny, however, they are comfy if they fit right. Pain to go to the bathroom, too, you have to practically get undressed. I vote no. Love you, Pooh!!

So, do you have to take your WHOLE outfit off to go to the bathroom in these things?? I'm gonna say no to the romper, haha! :)

I think they look ok on some people but on me and the general consensus, I'll have to say no.

I think they look cute on the right body type. Unfortunately, not my body type!

I'm betting yes on the 12-year-old thing.

For me personally, I'm not giving into the romper craze. It reminds me too much of Kelli from Saved By the Bell.

I LOVE the first one! I actually saw it at Target and asked my hubby what he thought... no beuno! BUT, I love them! Never actually worn one, so I'm not sure about the wedgie situation, but hopefully you find one that works for you! So cute!

I think you would look really cute in one and I would definitely go the Target route and get a less expensive one since this seems to be a little trend for right now. The second blue one you posted is really cute.

There were some people on vacation wearing them and it looked cute.

I think you could pull it off body wise because I don't think it'd make you look like a sack. But 12 year old wise? Idk. You'd have to be careful on that one! Personally I could never get away with it, I am just too curvy all over and I'd look like a overly large potato sack. Ick.

I tried on a romper and it was awful, hah! I wish I could pull it off!
