Don't get me wrong...

...I freaking LOVE my Jetta. It has been the best car ever! She is super sturdy, a true champ, and of course REALLY cute!!!!

But lately my lovely little car child has put me in the poor house!

In the last month:
New Windshield -$260
Body Work Deductible - $500
75K Maintenance - $150
Diagnostic for Electrical Issue - $130
New Door Latch (from diagnostic test) - $400
Labor for Door Latch - $100

Now I know the body damage and the windshield wasn't her fault - BUT really Jetta? Did your door latch have to be faulty?? And I know I replaced the passenger door latch, but I decided to wait on replacing the driver's door latch because I wasn't about to spend another $500! Can you please please please just stop having issues. I take extra good care of you, so just do me a favor and try to stay healthy and inexpensive, please?

Otherwise Mama is going to need to upgrade to something a little bit nicer...

vrrrooom vrrrroooooom!

On Friday night Josh, Stephanie, Anthony and I all went to this new go karting place in town! We have all been go-karting before but it was still so much fun!

One neat thing about this place was that the karts were electric so the place didn't smell like fumes - which was really nice.

Steph and I ready to race with our funny head socks on (we had to wear them under our helmets)! hahaha

The boys did really well and went super fast but Steph and I just played it safe and kept to the back, which was fine by me! Those things were super fast the corners were tight, and I wasn't about to do any crazy maneuvers!

While browsing some stores the other day while on my lunch I came across these little gems:

I was actually on the phone with Josh when I came across these and I had make him wait for a sec while I took a picture because I knew immediately it was something I had to share with my bloggy friends.

I think the legging look can be really cute, but to WHOEVER is willing to A) Pay $ for these B) Wear them ... I think you might need serious help... and a makeover! haha!

I'll admit it...

...I'm a sucker for cute panties. Especially some comfy Victoria's Secret PINK undies, which are a wonderful deal of 5 for $25 :)

Here are some of the new prints I got!

The 5th one is being shipped out tomorrow, it was on back order hahaha. I'm super excited for my new undies and I love how the heart ones are perfect for Valentine's Day!

Weekend Recap!

Let's begin shall we? I started the weekend off by taking my Jetta in to the Auto body shop - not fun! On NYE someone hit my car in the parking lot at work and of course didn't leave a note. The damage isn't terrible, but enough to make me want it repaired. There goes $500.00 towards my deductible. :(

On the bright side, I was given a rental car for free (relative terms). It is a funny looking little car and I kid you not, it smells SO STRONG of syrup. Like someone poured a bottle of syrup in it. I'm not exaggerating at all, its like Ihop on wheels!
After dropping my car off at the body shop my good friend Amber and I headed in to SF for the day to have a girls day of shopping! And boy did we have fun! We ended the day with dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, so I really can't complain! :)

Saturday I had to work but I got off early because Josh and I were going to go see Brian Regan! I got Josh tickets for Christmas!

On Sunday I also had to work, but after work we all went out to celebrate one of the girl's last day with us at work. We had a great time bowling and went out to pizza after. It was nice to hang out outside of work and just goof off. Don't mind Lauren in this picture - she wasn't ready AT ALL! hahaha

After pizza I headed home and went to bed! It was a long weekend of work and syrup car driving, but there was def. some fun times in there too! :)

Welcome to the second week of iPhone Foto Friday!

This little lovely comes straight to you from yes, you guessed it The Return Line at Wal-Mart!

I was lucky enough to find one of Santa's Slutty White Trash Elves!!

I had bought my Dad a DVD and he ended up already having it, so a few days before Christmas I found myself at Wal-Mart in the return line staring at this hideous outfit. I knew for the sake of the blog I had to take a picture, so I discreetly took this action shot while she was busy making a scene about getting her money back for something she had used.

Her outfit is ridiculous, perhaps I should submit this to the People of Wal-Mart Website?

Oh Loren...

This weekend was my ONE weekend off for the month and guess how I spent it? Sick in bed. I am so thankful that I had the days off to rest and relax, but at the same time, how sucky is it to be sick on my one prized weekend off for the month? Oh well.

In other news, the only thing keeping me excited on this pooish sick Monday (where I still have to go to work) is the excitement that the beautiful Loren Watch by Juicy Couture is being delivered today!!!!!! This was one of my Christmas gifts from Josh and I just can't wait for it to get here :)
I have been wanting a watch for quite some time now, and I think Loren will be the perfect addition to my collection of accessories!
