Let's begin shall we? I started the weekend off by taking my Jetta in to the Auto body shop - not fun! On NYE someone hit my car in the parking lot at work and of course didn't leave a note. The damage isn't terrible, but enough to make me want it repaired. There goes $500.00 towards my deductible. :(
On the bright side, I was given a rental car for free (relative terms). It is a funny looking little car and I kid you not, it smells SO STRONG of syrup. Like someone poured a bottle of syrup in it. I'm not exaggerating at all, its like Ihop on wheels!
After dropping my car off at the body shop my good friend Amber and I headed in to SF for the day to have a girls day of shopping! And boy did we have fun! We ended the day with dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, so I really can't complain! :)Saturday I had to work but I got off early because Josh and I were going to go see Brian Regan! I got Josh tickets for Christmas!

On Sunday I also had to work, but after work we all went out to celebrate one of the girl's last day with us at work. We had a great time bowling and went out to pizza after. It was nice to hang out outside of work and just goof off. Don't mind Lauren in this picture - she wasn't ready AT ALL! hahaha

After pizza I headed home and went to bed! It was a long weekend of work and syrup car driving, but there was def. some fun times in there too! :)-Katie

Wow what a jerk. People can be so rude sometimes. Though I have to admit, I have scratches like that in three different places on my car from my little minor parking accidents (no other cars were involved- just one metal pole and a garage, lol) and my parents and I decided that they could stay since the car will eventually be my brothers first car and he'll probably give it some dings too. =]

That stinks about the car but Brian Regan is great my Josh likes him too!
I'm glad you had a good weekend..minus having to fork out money to get your car fixed:( But at least your rental smelled sweet!
I seriously wish there was a Cheesecake Factory around here! Umm..incase you forgot, I'll be out there in 4 months for vacay!!

I’m sorry that happened to your car. That is so rude that they didn’t leave a note. I would have wanted to get it fixed too. That’s good you got a rental, but strange about the syrup scent.
Yay for shopping and The Cheesecake Factory! I hope the Brian Regan show was fun too. Bowling and pizza on Sunday also sounds great. It looks like you had a great weekend :)
Your weekend sounds like fun! Miss the cheesecake factory...is it still up there by Macy's?! Too lazy to look it up. ;) And better have a syrup smelling car than one that stinks of smoke or something. I once had that and it wasn't lots of fun.
